You were called

I went through the list of the people receiving these quick devotions.

As read your names I realized how significant you men are.

We have principles, farmers, lawyers, and most importantly dads and husbands.

Here is your reminder, no one can or should replace you in your life. Whether it is your job, marriage, or family you are the guy God created to be in your shoes!

Acts 17:26-27 "And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him."

This means that you were specially created to live your life for the sole purpose that the people around you would grow closer to God. God determined the length of your life, where you would live for two reasons 1. So that you would feel your way towards God 2. So that the people in your life would feel their way towards God.

What are we to take away from this?

1. You matter brother! God made you the man that you are, for His good will! It cannot be understated, the influence you have in this world as you work, love your wife, and raise your children. God called you to do those things because we wants everyone around you to feel their way toads Him!

2. Live out the truth! I'm not saying this is A truth, this is THE truth. God loves the people in your life therefore He gave those people to you! Paul writes in Ephesians 4:1 "I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called,"

So, live out your calling above all things men!

Stay faithful!
